VEDA STEEL

Veda was an experiment used to test out the new element, Radien, mixed with other components and chemicals to create a mutant beyond the norm of this era. A mutant where the main changes happen inside than out. 

Veda was taken away from her life at a young age, conducting experiments on her in secret. Because of this, Veda has no memory of her past life, just the life she has experienced in the facility.
